The Queensland Kyudo Association is a not‑for‑profit incorporated organisation that has supported the practice of Kyudo in Queensland since 2015, fostering a respectful and traditional training environment in alignment with recognised Kyudo standards.
The mission of the Queensland Kyudo Association is to support, develop, and preserve the practice of Kyudo within Queensland.
QKA seeks to foster Kyudo practice that upholds correct form, etiquette, and spirit, in accordance with recognised teaching standards, while supporting practitioners and affiliated dojos through education, governance, and connection to the broader national and international Kyudo community.
The Queensland Kyudo Association envisions a sustainable and respectful Kyudo community in Queensland, in which practitioners are supported to pursue Kyudo as a lifelong practice grounded in correct form, mutual respect, and connection to the wider Kyudo tradition.

Kyudo is the Japanese martial art of archery, practised as a budo focused on discipline, correct form, and personal development.
Kyudo in Queensland is practised through affiliated dojos and recognised study groups operating under the Queensland Kyudo Association and the Australian Kyudo Association.
